Accounts Administrator
Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and assisting with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
Reporting to: Financial Operations Controller
Hours: 37hrs per week

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Proven experience in an accounts or finance role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, SAP Business One)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Ability to reconcile accounts and bank statements accurately.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers and customers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process financial transactions: Manage invoices, payments, and receipts for both accounts payable (what the company owes) and accounts receivable (what customers owe the company).

Reconcile accounts: Regularly check bank statements and company records to ensure everything matches and identify any discrepancies.

Maintain financial records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all financial data using accounting software and spreadsheets.

Assist with reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, or annual financial reports and statements for management or auditors.

Manage petty cash and expenses: Track small cash payments and employee expense claims.

Communicate with vendors and clients: Follow up on payments, resolve billing issues, and respond to financial queries.

Ensure compliance: Make sure financial processes comply with company policies and relevant laws or regulations.

The Development Engineer will work with a team supporting IT & Innovations activities across the Group. This position is responsible for the development, support and integration of database modules, mobile applications, and other IT projects. This role will implement the IT & Innovations Strategy in line with the Company Values, Strategy & Operational goals.

Fire Alarm Engineer
Location: Dublin
This is an fantastic opportunity for a Fire Alarm Engineer to advance or begin their career in the Fire Detection industry. Training on all aspects of fire alarm installation, servicing and commissioning will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform regular maintenance on all types of life safety systems covered under contract.

Utilise problem-solving skills to trace issues and conduct effective fault finding.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifically I.S. 3218 and I.S. 3217.

Complete all necessary documentation related to maintenance works accurately and promptly.

Liaise with customers to understand and fulfil their requirements.

Technical Network Support Engineer
Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
This role will comprise one of a Technical Network Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across the Wtech Fire Group. Creating new user accounts, including creating user login and passwords, assigning drive access, and installing various software packages. Troubleshooting issues that arise for users, rolling out fixes and updates as they arise. Working with third party suppliers to maintain mobile phone and mobile data contracts.
