Service Coordinator/ Scheduler
Location: Dublin
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Reporting to: Service Manager
Hours: 39hrs per week
Days: Monday- Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8am-4pm

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
-
Minimum of 1 year experience in a scheduling or similar administrative role is required.

Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance visits with both clients and engineers.

Schedule Remedial and Daywork visits via service management system.

Log incoming calls for service support.

Process completed paperwork for Preventive Maintenance visits and resolve/escalate any follow-up calls.

Prepare information for invoice processing.

Stock / Office supply ordering.

Electrician

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

Minimum 1yr experience in domestic electrical works.

Business Development Manager
Location: Dublin
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an energetic, self-starter to grow our Market Share across our product range. Wtech Fire Group are looking to recruit a Commercial Sales Executive selling to the electrical contract market. This role will suit an ambitious and motivated business development with a hands-on approach to selling and who has had experience pf developing new business.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

A knowledge of the Irish Electrical Industry.

Strong track record in business-to-business sales and a track record of achievement and success in the business development field.

Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of quality.

Full clean driving license.

Experience within the Construction, Engineering and/or Industrial sectors.

Fire Alarm Engineer
Location: Dublin

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Electrical background with 2+ years experience post apprenticeship.

Possess a full, clean Irish driver's license.

Demonstrate a self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Fluent .

Capability to work both individually and as part of a team.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

Prior experience in the Fire Alarm industry is an advantage but not required as training will be provided.

Knowledge of I.S. 3218 and I.S. 3217 standards.

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.

Perform regular maintenance on all types of life safety systems covered under contract.

Utilise problem-solving skills to trace issues and conduct effective fault finding.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, specifically I.S. 3218 and I.S. 3217.

Complete all necessary documentation related to maintenance works accurately and promptly.

Liaise with customers to understand and fulfil their requirements.

Technical Network Support Engineer
Location: Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
This role will comprise one of a Technical Network Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support across the Wtech Fire Group. Creating new user accounts, including creating user login and passwords, assigning drive access, and installing various software packages. Troubleshooting issues that arise for users, rolling out fixes and updates as they arise. Working with third party suppliers to maintain mobile phone and mobile data contracts.
Reporting to: Systems & Innovations Manager
Hours: 37hrs per week
Days: Monday - Friday
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support to staff, both office based and remote.

Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

Talk staff through actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Support and contribute to IT plans and procedures.
-
Maintain procedural documentation and reports.
-
Support the Systems & Innovations Manager working with 3rd party providers.

Undertake other appropriate duties assigned by the Systems & Innovations Manager
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Strong IT support knowledge from a helpdesk perspective.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating system.

Ability to troubleshoot problems under their own initiative.
